Gospel singer Hawa Mawa has opened up about life after getting married to a bishop and how their married life has affected her singing career.
Hawa on break from ministry
The musician who trended online after talking about switching from her Muslim background to a Christian background is married to Bishop Godfrey Mawa, the president of Commission International Inc.
According to Uganda Christian News, the two dedicated their newborn child on Sunday at Kansanga Miracle Centre.
The beautiful minister who still rocks her hijab headgear disclosed that after getting married, she and the husband went on a honeymoon for a while year.
They also took time off from active ministry and concentrated on their marriage. Hawa revealed that she took a break from her music career so she could take care of her daughter Mackayla and her marriage.
