 AfriCart.ng Launches Social E-Commerce Marketplace

AfriCart.ng Launches Social E-Commerce Marketplace for Manufacturers and Merchants on Made-in-Africa products.

The platform launched on the 1st of October 2020 and is set to become a frontier for the African manufacturing industry and the world at large, handling procurement, seamless paying and easy shipping of goods across and outside Africa.

Speaking about the initiative, Emmanuel ‘Oyez’ Oyezechukwu, the founder and CEO of AfriCart.ng says,

AfriCart.ng Launches Social E-Commerce Marketplace

“Africa and the entire black race has taken centre stage in media, entertainment and human rights and the whole world has our attention right now. From Black Panther to #BlackLivesMatter and the global acceptance Afrobeat is currently enjoying; there’s no better time launch a platform that caters for the needs of manufacturers and merchants of made-in-Africa products and the time is now.

I’ve always been proud of the African heritage knowing that our ancestors were kings and queens who ventured in inter-continental trade and commerce unlike popular history portrays, our generation has taken it upon itself to rewrite the history books and retell these stories on www.AfriCart.ng “

Entrepreneurs and start-ups of small, medium or large scale enterprises are enjoined to come on board, showcase their brands and products and sell. Buyers from around the world can also signup on the website and connect with sellers. The website functions as a e-commerce social network giving people the ability to interact and make good business.

Buyers and Sellers can signup at www.africart.ng/signup, then choose the type of profile that represents them, namely; Client (Buyer) or Merchant (Seller).
